SAM_3229Kharroob on populaarne Ramadani jook. Oleme harjunud ostma kharroob siirupit valmiskujul poest, sel aastal siis aga otsustasin proovida p2ris naturaalset kharroob’i ise teha. Attaril oli myygiks nii pulbri- kui ka kuivatatud ning purustatud kujul.

Neid kahte tuleks valmistada veidike erinevalt. Koostisosa on sedasi et iga klaasi kharroob pulbri v6i tykkide kohta l2heb 1-1,5 klaasi suhkurt ning 6-8 klaasi vett. SAM_3230Yks viis on valmistada suhkrust ja kharoob tykkidest karamell, millele lisada kuum vesi ning seej2rel keeta 5-10 min. Teine viis on panna k6ik kolm koostisosa korraga potti ning lasta keema. Kui teha karamelline kharoob pulbrist, siis tuleks pulber lisada vahetult enne vee lisamist, et see 2ra ei k6rbeks. Valmis jook jahutada, kurnata (kui teha tuykkidest, siis need l2bi s6ela v6i marli l2bi pigistada) ning hoida kylmkapis.
