(Tegelikult peaks vist lihaleem parem olema aga kes see seda liha ikka siin egiptuses enam v2ga ostab v6i teeb.) Seej2rel maitsestada 1-2tl paprikapulbrit, 05tl punapeedi pulbrit, cammuuni, minule meeldib lisada natuke oregantot v6i tyymiani, samas ma arvan et tegelikult egiptlased seda ikka ei lisa. Ning l6puks natukese suhkurt. Lasta sel supil kaane all tasasel tulel haududa kuni suvik6rvits valmis.
