K6igepealt tykelda h2sti peeneks yks suur sibul ja uhmerda 2-3 suurt kyyslaugukyynt. Potis kuumuta natuke v6id, ning prae seal 1tl jahu sees sibul ja kyyslauk.

Kui teed v2rskest spinatist, siis pese see hoolikalt ning tykelda. Sama tee m6ne oksa v2rske koriandriga. (Lihtsam on alati osta sygavkylmutatud spinat).

Kui sibul on kypsenud, lisa spinat koos koriandriga. Mitsesta pisut soola (spinat ei taha palju soola), musta pipra, cammuuni ja paprika pulbriga.

Lase sel massil haududa omas mahlas. Vajadusel lisa paar lusikat lihasupileent. Kui mass on madalale/yhtlaseks podisenud, lisa veel natuke lihasupileent, paar lusikat keeduriisi (v6ib ka ilma), paari mahlase tomatimahl ning keeda veel 10-15 min. Maitse ja lisa maitseianeid veel vajadusel.
